The Knights Armament Sand Cutter Bolt Carrier Group is an enhanced bolt carrier designed for the SR-15 and SR-16 weapon systems. Featuring KAC’s proprietary sand-cutting grooves machined into the carrier body, this BCG is engineered to improve reliability in sandy, dusty, and adverse field conditions.

The sand-cutting grooves channel debris away from critical bearing surfaces, reducing friction and malfunction risk when operating in harsh environments. This is the same bolt carrier technology developed for U.S. Special Operations forces operating in desert and austere conditions. Mil-spec chrome-lined carrier with properly staked gas key.
